I was so excited to get out my crayons and markers and start coloring. I chose a picture of a mustard jar and started to fill it in with bright yellow and orange colors. I was careful to stay within the lines and make sure the colors were even. When I was done, I had a beautiful picture of a mustard jar that I was proud of.
I was so tempted to try a bit of the mustard, but I remembered that I had promised myself I wouldn't. Instead, I decided to take a break and admire my work. I was so pleased with how the colors had come together and how the picture looked so realistic.
I was glad that I had chosen to color a mustard jar instead of eating it. I was proud of myself for keeping my promise and not giving in to temptation. Coloring was a great way to keep my hands busy and my mind focused on something else.
